Our Commitment
At Zenzy Labs, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for every client. We stand behind the quality of our work and want every engagement to be a positive experience. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
Deposit & Cancellation
- Before work begins: If you cancel within 48 hours of paying the deposit and before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full deposit refund.
- After work begins: Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers initial research, planning, and resource allocation.
Project Refunds
Milestone-based projects: For projects structured around milestones, payment is tied to deliverables. If we fail to deliver an agreed milestone to the specifications outlined in the proposal, you may request a refund for that specific milestone after giving us a reasonable opportunity (14 days) to rectify the issue.
Satisfaction guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the final deliverable, we will work with you through additional revision rounds (up to 2 extra rounds) at no additional cost to address your concerns. If after these revisions you remain unsatisfied, we will issue a partial refund of up to 50% of the final payment (excluding the deposit).
Ongoing Services (SEO, Marketing, Retainers)
- Monthly services can be cancelled with 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle
- No refunds are issued for the current billing period once services have been rendered
- If we fail to deliver the agreed monthly deliverables, a pro-rated credit will be applied to the next billing cycle
Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, software licenses, ad spend)
- Rush fees or expedited delivery charges
- Work completed and approved by the client
- Custom development work that has been delivered as specified
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at hello@zenzylabs.in with:
- Your project name and invoice number
- A detailed explanation of the issue
- Any supporting documentation
We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage open communication to reach a fair resolution. We are committed to maintaining positive client relationships and will work in good faith to address any concerns.
