Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Zenzy Labs website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Zenzy Labs provides digital services including but not limited to web development, app development, AI automation, SEO services, digital marketing, lead generation, and business process automation. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or service agreement.

Project Engagement

• Proposals: All projects begin with a written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. Work begins only after written approval and receipt of the agreed deposit.
• Revisions: Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, assets, access credentials, and timely feedback. Delays in client-provided materials may extend project timelines.

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before project commencement unless otherwise agreed
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery
• For ongoing services (SEO, marketing), payment is due monthly in advance
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for their project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. Third-party licenses (fonts, plugins, stock images) remain subject to their respective license terms.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, login credentials, and financial information.

Limitation of Liability

Zenzy Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
